Blockchain infrastructure · Central Asia

Regulated blockchain for Central Asia

For banks, issuers and government bodies: payments in a regulated stablecoin, asset issuance and on-chain registries — on a network already live in Uzbekistan.

The Foundation holds the network standard. Partner operators such as Asterium build and run each deployment.

What the network gives your organisation

Each deployment is configured for the organisation, not rebuilt.

Access and transfer rules
Built to the requirements of NAPP and the Central Bank of Uzbekistan. Who may hold an asset, limits and freezes are set when it is issued.
Public, permissioned or hybrid
You choose what everyone sees and what only the parties see: selective disclosure is part of the architecture.
EVM compatibility
Your developers keep their tools: standard wallets, Solidity and Ethereum tooling work unmodified.
Assets and payments on one layer
Tokenized real-world assets and the regulated stablecoin run on the same settlement layer.

Why Mirasmanda

Who is responsible for what

Three roles are kept apart: the standard, the delivery and your product.

  1. 01 · Foundation

    Mirasmanda Foundation

    • Holds the network standard and its rules
    • Stays neutral: does not sell tokens or run commercial products
  2. 02 · Operator

    Asterium and other partner operators

    • Builds and runs your deployment
    • Sets access, transfer and data-residency rules for your market
  3. 03 · Your organisation

    Bank, issuer or government body

    • Owns its product, issue or registry
    • Keeps its existing systems: the network is designed to connect to them
Works with what you already run
Mirasmanda is designed to connect to the systems agencies and banks already operate, not to replace them.
Control is a setting
Access, transfer rules and data residency are configured for each deployment. A validator seat for the regulator is a configuration option.
Uzbekistan first, then the region
The network operates in Uzbekistan today. Neighbouring countries are a Foundation target for 2027–2028, not an available connection yet.

FAQ

Questions banks and government bodies ask

How do we start?

Send a request with your organisation and task. The first step is a short intro call: we go through your scenario, identify the operator and agree the next technical step.

Contact team Use cases

Who builds solutions on the network?

Partners. Asterium builds and operates deployments, HUMO Digital issues HUMO Stablecoin and HumoToken, Finbrok issues tokenized assets.

Ecosystem

Whose requirements does the network follow?

NAPP, the National Agency for Perspective Projects, and the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.

How can we check what is on the network?

Every issue is listed in the public register of the Asterium crypto-depository (asterium.com/mirasmanda), and every transaction can be opened in the Blockscout explorer — without asking us.

Register of issues Blockscout explorer

Can developers connect without a request?

Yes. RPC and the explorer are public, and wallets such as MetaMask connect directly. Issuance and integration go through the team.

Network parameters

Can other countries join?

Today the network operates in Uzbekistan. Extending it to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan is a Foundation target for 2027–2028, not a connection available now. If you work in another country, tell the team — the first step is a conversation about your jurisdiction.

Contact team

Does the Foundation sell tokens?

No. The Foundation does not sell tokens or offer investment products. It develops the network and works with partners.

What is Mirasmanda?

An EVM network for regulated finance and government registries in Central Asia. The Mirasmanda Foundation holds its standard; partner operators build and run deployments.
